These terms govern your use of Cadu, a WhatsApp-based website builder. By using Cadu, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Cadu lets you create and manage a website by sending WhatsApp messages. We use AI to interpret your instructions and apply changes to your site. Your site is hosted and served globally by Cadu.

2. Your account

Your Cadu account is tied to your WhatsApp phone number. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your number. Do not share access to your WhatsApp with people you don't trust to manage your site.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Cadu to:

• Publish illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Host malware, phishing pages, or deceptive sites.
• Infringe on the intellectual property of others.
• Send spam or abuse the WhatsApp messaging channel.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any site that violates these terms.

4. Your content

You own the content you create with Cadu. We do not claim any ownership of your website content, text, or images. We need a licence to host and serve your content in order to provide the service, which you grant by using Cadu.

5. AI-generated content

Cadu uses AI to generate and modify your website content based on your instructions. While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing your site and ensuring the content is correct before relying on it.

6. Pricing and payments

Cadu offers free and paid plans. Prices are displayed on our website and may change with notice. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Credit purchases are non-refundable but never expire.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Cadu and your website available at all times, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss, though we take reasonable measures to prevent both.

8. Termination

You can stop using Cadu at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. On termination, your site will be taken offline. We retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion.

9. Limitation of liability

Cadu is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you via WhatsApp. Continued use of Cadu after changes constitutes acceptance.
